RunningItOff.com was started appropriately enough on January 1, 2010 as an attempt to chronicle my weight loss journey achieved through running. My name is Laura.   I am 40 years old and live in New England. I have carried this weight around, more or less, since college.  I have had my thin moments...only 20 pounds overweight at my wedding, and my fat moments...after two pregnancies in two years.
